The Central Library of Kaunas City and County is on a hill, surrounded by oak trees.
The Park provides many opportunities for detailed study of ‘nature’ and the way we humans have influenced and reacted to it.
The work created at the Central Library will be publicised through the local library network & it is anticipated that the principles of a creative environmental activity, being established in Kaunas, will be shared and developed (in local, contextually appropriate, manner) within other communities.
