Partners had begun to assemble aspects of the project that they considered were complete, or nearly so.
This allowed the virtual meeting to review progress in order to
- ensure that during the final weeks of the project there was a concentration of ensuring each partner had completed their requirements
- that work presented was of the highest possible quality
